VLC ActiveX Plugin Error

I am getting the following error when adding the VLC ActiveX Plugin in Windows Form User Control using VISUAL STUDIO 2010. Operating System: Windows 7 32 bit.
Check this image.

I searched on internet but could not find any helpful solution. Any Help?
