Do I need to remove Business Logic AND Data Acess Class Libraries after adding their classes to the App_Code Folder

I Have an asp.net application which is in 3-Tier,Now i need to know if do i need to remove Business Logic And Data Access Layer Class Libraries after adding their classes in the App_Code Folder.If I do remove them i get namespace errors..Which is the correct way to do this?
