how set my web application starts at particular time (10:00)and stop at (12:00) and in between of two hours refresh the application for every one hour?

i developed web application but want to run the web application in 10:00am to 12:00pm
in between of two years my application will be refresh for every one hour.

so plz provide the solution:
that is how can i configure in web.xml file

what is meaning of start adn stop web application.Can you explain more detail about your requirment and why you need to run web application .

start means:
if my application start at(4:00 O'clock
my application start the service that will be continue upto 50 minutes,then again start the start the service method so on upto time is 6:00 then stop the excetion of service method.
