Need help drawing DXF file with polyline

Hi,
I am a VC programmer and I need to load a DXF map file in to a DC and draw it. Your program helps me a lot, but I need to draw polyline too. Further more I need to find all latitudes and longitudes of all 4 corners of map and load map into a specific lat and long. Do you have any idea how I can extract this information from a file? If you help me how to draw a polyline you give me a big hand.
