Hi,

I lost my hard drive, but saved the code I was working on before it crashed. When I installed a new drive and a fresh copy of Visual Studio 2008 I tried opening my code and it asked me for a password. I haven't the foggiest idea what that password is. Is there a way to solve this problem? I know, I know, I should have written down the password, but I didn't. :(

Thanks,

I did what I just wrote about. I don't know what more I can tell you.

Vijay,

I am referring to the password that is under the following menu item---> Project--> then click on the tab that says Signing. When you open this dialog there is a check box to sign the assembly. If you check that box it highlights a textbox that has a key name and the possibility of changing your password, but if you click on that button, it requires you to know your old password before you can change it.

I hope this is understandable.
