HTML menu(DHTML) is not displaying when frames are used

When i click on the submenu which contains the page with two frames in dropdown menu,my div is not visible i.e,it gets stuck in that frames page and dropdown menu stops working...is there anyone who can tell solution for this...thanks in advance...

My suggestion: don't use frames. With HTML5 they are meaningless and add more headaches than they are worth, as each frame is its own DOM.

If you can migrate to divs you will save yourself heartache.
