Saving and Viewing Leaflet Markers in MySQL

Good Day to all of the programmers out there, I just want to ask some questions.

1.I have a Leaflet Map in my Webpage that consist of a map with a features to add a marker 2.The marker(image) is placed on a folder 3.I have a database named dbmap

They said i need to save the latitude/longitude and the marker name in the database because it is one of the keys in viewing it again on its same position in the map.

My question is how can i save the Lat/Long & Markers Name in the Database(xammpp/php/mysql) and call the Image of the marker(by markers name saved in database) together with the Lat/Long on the same position where i mark it in my webpage
