how to export excel file to the listbox (visual basic 2010)

Mean that, I have some Ms Excel files in pc, so can it open these file into Listbox(visual Basic 2010)?
Or open excel file then arrange some data and copy it, now i want to past into Listbox (visual Basic 2010)
Or complete excel file export/sent to Listbox(VB10)
