How to plot the values from table in pair ?

I have Some values in table,each Meter has its one month of data init.i want to plot that values in excel in pairs.

like this format want to give column and row increment. In each meter has 5 columns and 50 rows.

1st meter 2 nd Meter
Meter info Meter Info

3rd Meter 4th meter
Meter info meter info

5th meter 6th meter
Meter info Meter info

What have you tried? And, just to clarify: you need 10 columns side by side (1st Meter has 5 cols and 2nd has 5) with 50 rows between 1st Meter and 3rd Meter?
