How To Upload and retrieve Images in MVC 5?

Hi,
I am currently working on a project... and I want to upload and retreive image of individual users in that project. I am doing this in Visual Studio 2013. I searched and tried lots of procedure but at the end, all become unsuccess.
I am currently doing this in MVC and Entity Framework.
Please help me out!!
