i wanna start learning unity . i want to know the main difference between javascript and unityscript . and also need to know which is better to use c# or unityscript for game dev.

Both questions are not correct. "Difference" is something which cannot be defined. You can just learn both. "Better" is also something undefined. Better for what? (Please don't answer by repeating "game dev"; there are way too many other factors defining a choice.)
