Receive Raspberry Pi webcam video inside an android app

Hi,

I'm making a project which involves a raspberry pi camera and a mobile app.
I already created most of the app but now I want to receive video on my mobile device. I have a network connection with the pi but any other way is also fine. I just want to stream the raspberry pi camera to my android app. Do any of you know how to? Or which is the best and fastest method for this?
