Slice Color repetition in pie chart control

Hi All,
I have a pie chart in my windows form application. I used "EarthTones" color palette. Once the chart is drawn it is found that if the y point values(x is different) are same then it is taking same colors. Can I disable this , because I want different colors for all slices.
