Crystal report 13 print button issue

Hello,

I have developed and deployed one web application for generating reports. All is working fine. But print button of crystal report does not do anything after clicking. This problem is not on all the client machine. For some machines it just work fine.
Development tools used:
VS 2013
Crystal report 13
