Got error message when I open exams in avanset VCE Exam Simulator

Hi, I installed "avanset VCE Exam Simulator" , & when I try to open any exams on it I have this error message: "Access violation at address 00607427 in module player.exe.read of address 00000270."

Then it starts program and opens VCE file and when I click on start button comes another error: "error retrieving key to decrypt file http/1.0 504 gateway timeout"

Any ideas plz because I must study for my exam on sunday ?

For whoever may encounter this again:
The "Access violation at address 00607427 in module player.exe.read of address 00000270." can be that you have a saved session (in history), and that player.exe tries to access the same memory block that is in fact saved by the application.
if you add another vce file you won't get the error, or if you end the ongoing session or delete it.
hope it helps. You can use Process Explorer to view where it's crashing.
