There ain't any list, since there are many libraries and tools already developed and available for you to use, you won't be able to differentiate between any of the library.
What you should do is, check out this
MSDN's OCR reader[
^] by Microsoft.
It is available in C#, C++ and JavaScript. ASP.NET can be programmed in C# so this would work for you as a Class library in your project.
