problem with bootstrap.css styles overloading ui.jqgrid.css.

I am developing a web page using bootstrap and JQGrid. In my page i am opening a model popup using bootstrap and loading jqgrid in the model. here problem is bootstrap.css styles applying to jqgrid(partially), results jqgrid is losing styles some parts(pager and grid rows). it is very helpful if any can solve this problem.
