WPF Browser Application as x64 in IE 10

Hi everyone,
we have a WPF Browser Application that is hosted on IIS. It is compiled for AnyCPU. When I run it in IE8, the PresentationHost is started as 32bit/64bit depending on the Version of IE. When I start it in IE10, the PresentationHost is always started as 32bit process. I tried to activate EPM (and rebooted my Computer) but I still can't get it to run in 64 bit mode.
What can I do to get it work?
