how can i remove instanc name of sql server 2008?

Do you mean to convert a named instance into a default instance? You can't...

Yeah, what Kornfeld said. And if it's Express you can't make a default instance (in my experience).
Aside: This past weekend I finally got around to installing SQL Server 2014 Express -- and it did allow me to create a default instance.

1. This is a site for asking code questions so you're better off going to a forum for technical support.
2. As I recall, you'll need to backup all your dbs, remove SQL if you want no instance name and reinstall it. Then restore your backups.
