Hi In ASP.NET you can use
OnInit or OnPreInit
for example :

C#

protected override void OnInit(EventArgs e)
{
    base.OnInit(e);

    // You can write your code here to check session
}

or the other code is

C#

protected override void OnPreInit(EventArgs e)
    {
 // You can write your code here to check session
}
