i know that xml file contain self defined tags created By user.but

in step 9 it is automatically generated why so?

how different Application like Uses this Xml File
in this Case String is Datatype for data.

The web page you are referring to is not accessible, at least not to me.
You need to explain what your problem is.
Is it reading and parsing an XML file in general or is there as specific problem with this XML file.
Use the 'Improve question' widget and post a lot more info, including a valid part of the XML file.
After all, is your problem and you that need help.
