Godaddy database connection error

My website at godaddy cannot connect to the mssql database at godaddy (shared web hosting plesk)
it always gives this error (Login failed for user 'dbusername'.) when I try to connect from my website
dbusername is my godaddy database login username.
I have tried calling godaddy support but no response from them.
Please save my day.

There is no way we can fix this for you. You'll need to have godaddy do it.

I'm sorry you don't like the answer but that's no reason to downvote the answer. Your database is on their server. How can we do anything about that?
