How to Implement desktop notification for a particular time. i dont have any idea please help me any one

First, you need to give specific details on exactly what you mean by "desktop notifiaction." What happens: what does the user see ? Do you have an Application, or Service that's running 24/7 to generate notifications ?

First i want to create an windows application .. while running that application automatically it will show pop up msg after one min or what ever i give time

How can i generate an event at a specific time? For example, say I want to generate an alert at 8:00 AM that informs me its 8:00 AM (or an event that informs me of the current time at any given time). as a pop up box or notification.. please help me bro

You mention MVC: what technology stack are you using here ? WPF ?

Do you have an idea for the user-interface to set notification times ?
