Hi guys,

I will have 4 kiosk located on separate region which under same company.
The HQ will be located at A1 region with server. How to connect to these 4 regions from A1? Have someone did like this before? Because I will have to send update to these 4 kiosk from A1 using windows program that I created. Using LAN, it's not a problem because I can call connection string from IP.. But how to do it on outside LAN which have the internet connection. Do I need to set something on that kiosk?

** I don't want to use 3rd party software to achieve this. Need a guide for this matter

that really depends on lots of things you havnt put here - like how much data there is to be transmitted, what infrastructure is there that you can use, or maybe you simply look at gprs type connectivity

If the kiosks are connected directly to the Internet, then in all likelihood, it will have an IP address. If the kiosks are located behind a firewall/router, then that's a different story. Generally speaking, the kiosks should be the one establishing the communications channel with the central server and not the other way around. The kiosks know where the central server is located, but the central server has no way of knowing where the kiosks are located.
