Custom window display before print any thing from any application in the windows os machine.

Hi all,

I want to control the printing process in the system.
For ex: If i give the any print from the any application in the system first i have to display one custom windows form there i will do the some validation then if that validation is success then i will allow that particular stuff to print other wise i need to cancel that printing process.

Note:Here the printer is in LAN,not in local machine.

Please give me your suggestions to do this task.
