Having a problem in viewing Crystal Report in Windows 8.1 OS

I have developed an application(32 bit) in VB.Net 2010, where the reports are in SAP Crystal Report. It is a developer version for VS2010. I have deployed it with suitable merge modules and security update(Vcredist). When I install it in Windows 7, it is working fine but in Windows 8.1, the reports are get displayed for few days, where after some days, the reports are not displayed. Once I uninstall and install sap crystal report runtime(32 bit), its working but the problem persists.
How can I Solve this??
(I have used MS Access DB)
