Migration of Oracle 10g server

We are going to migrate Oracle Databases including application servers from domain A in USA to domain B in india. What are all the changes do we need to do and make a note before migrating ?

Without any doubt the most important thing to make note of is to get the language settings right.
But the correct answer is, if you need to ask in a generic programming forum, you'll f*** it up. There are whole books written on the subject.
Do as Kornfeld said, contact Oracle.
