First of all, what i'm trying to say is that you need to make some searches via using Google or any other search engine (Bing, etc).
Secondly, your question is to vague or even worse - not well framed. Nevertheless, i tried to answer it. Please, see it.

ADO.Net is the technology within .Net that accesses databases. But you'll need to be way more specific to be able to get a more specific answer.
