Update the checkbox selected value outside the update panel

Hi All,

Can any one help me in updating the selected value of checkbox(true/false) which is outside the update panel with gridview.

In grid view I have delete button and when I click on that and if no records will be there then i have to uncheck the checkbox. Since checkbox is outside the update panel I am unable to do it.

Can some one help me if you come across similar issue.
