Don't you think you should mention something which someone can understand? Did you notice something written on very first page of their website?

Free and open source

All general-purpose NReco components are open-source and licensed under GNU Lesser GPL (allows usage in commercial projects). Some problem-specific standalone components (like Recommender) are free only for evaluation/non-commercial usage.
