Senior Creative Designer

And
I have a hidden input in my shared folder.
ex: <input type="hidden" value="Position:"/>

Now i want to get the headings whatever chosen, in my input field.
so that i can put that in my further code as
Position : Senior Creative Designer.

How to do this??
