Exception from HRESULT : 0X80040217 when using Webcamera in my WPF Project

Hi,

In my wpf application i want t use my webcamera for taking photos. i used webcamcontrol and expression encoder for this. its perfectly working in my system, its windows7 32 bit

i want to work this in othertab IBALL 32 bit os. if i run the same application in this tab, then "Exception from HRESULT : 0X80040217" will show. camera light blinks and then show this error
