getting value of datagridcomboboxcolumn in wpf

i have added a combobox in datagrid, when i select no of records and then want to save all records rowwise, i get all values, excluding combobox value...

DataView row = (DataView)grdPurchaseOrder.ItemsSource;

in this row i get values of column 1,2,3 but not for 0th column, where i am inserting combobox values
