How Do I Display A Tooltip Showing The Datapoints At Point On The Graph Using Wpf Toolkit

Hi All,
I am plotting the graphs using WPF Tool kit. I could able to draw the lineseries and everything works fine.
But now my requirement is to display the tool tip showing the data points of the lineseries at that particular clicked point within the chart.

Even i could able to display the data point when mouse is placed exactly on the Data points of the line series. But i need to know the data points (i.e, X and Y values) of the lines at a particular postion of the chart.

I tried looking into many examples but none of them worked out.
Can any one please let me know the solution.
