Can't Decrease Width of Footer

There is a bit of an issue with the footer and for some odd reason the footer extends all the way to the end of the page. I can't seem to identify why it does that based on my css. My site is here. Notice how to footer extends to the very end of the page rather than lining up with the rest of it.
