Dial telephone number directly from computer using TAPI

i have been looking around the net to find this solution and if somebody have a source code that will be great

i am pretty new to that so please explain your self easy

i have a web page that is connected to a sql db in the table there is a phone number (in a grid view and the phone number is a link) i want that as soon the agent is click on that link the modem on the computer is dialing the number and my agent can speak with the customer and hang up when he's done i already add the "Interop.TAPI3Lib.dll" in the bin folder now what ? please send me a simple code for that my agents doing iyt right now by adding manually the phone number to the windows dialer
