how to I install kdevcmake and write c++ programming?

hello
I have a project " .kdev4 " extension project.
I installed ubuntu on vm
I typed "sudo apt-get install kdevelop" in cammand window.
it installed.
but I can not open my main project because say to me the application dont install.
in other hand my kdevelop with kdevelop in site kdevelop.org is not same in space.
what do I do?
do my way was true?
please help me.
I dont have time.

If you "don't have time", then why have you posted here, instead of using the forum at https://www.kdevelop.org/?
