I need a script or Library or API that detects HEAD from any angle in an image.
EG., From front view, from back view, from side view, etc.

You should stop posting again and again the same question.
Solutions has been already provided.
As suggested you could use OpenCV: it is a 'Computer Vision' library, it should provide all you need. Of course you are expected to put some effort in (for instance reading the documentation).
