Dreamweaver Spry Tables in SharePoint 2010

Hi I have made a Spry table in Dreamweaver and successfully imported it as a content editor web part, however ive been tasked to add a web part i.e. announcement web part and document web part within the spry tab.
I have located the code from an announcement web part and pasted this into Dreamweaver saved it as a HTML and put this into SharePoint it looks fine, however when i click "add" to upload a document it doesn't show the uploaded document, but if you go into the background its there any ideas?
