why vs2012 stop working when inserting items to form?

I'm using visual studio 2012, when i inserting item from toolbox to Form it caused visual studio stop working (and sometime restarting). but I can still add basic items to form like label, button, link label (and some other items may be)

Solution 1

Not enough information. You can try to reinstall it, try v. 2013 Community Edition (free of charge) and compare, try to check up prerequisites (enough memory, disk space, etc.), try to detect viruses, reinstall the OS…

you may have done something wrong when you create user control, but with the given information we can't tell exactly what is the issue. check below similar question and answer and try to debug and find the issue.
User control always crashes Visual Studio[^]
