Extremely often when I click a link on my Android 4.2.2 phone, it asks me which browser to use, and whether to use it always or not. My repeated choice of 'always' is always ignored, and then I get a little message box telling me to go to "Task manager", and choose "Clear defaults". I can find no "Task manager", only "Application Manager", and for Chrome, it says it's set to open by default for some applications, and clearing that doesn't seem wise. It actually seems like Android clears it by accident fairly often, and I must set it again.

I know others have experienced this problem, and I know I'm about two versions of Android around, but upgrading to Lollipop involves rooting the phone, and it's still under warranty, and Jellybean is more than I need right now even.
