CSS files suddenly inaccessible

Hi,
i am developping a website using JSP and servlets ,i was running my website normally on the local server Tomcat 6 , when suddenly after restarting the server i got no CSS or images.
this is the project if someone wants to take look http://goo.gl/guZJNi[^] (it's a small project for university)

please help me guys

Nothing is "sudden". Do you have revision control system to retrace your steps back? Do it and see what was changed. If you host if somewhere, check permission (I assume you can easily check permission if you host by yourself), address to the hosting company. As you provided downloads, do you mean that you can download it yourself, setup from scratch and see the problem?

Hi,
it's just a small project that i am developping on my PC. i don't have the revision control system. for the permissions i have them, because the page was showing the CSS normally, and after modification on another page (no relation to that page) i restarted the server (i did it thousands of times) and i didn't got access to CSS
