Book Recommendation for OS, using Assembly and advanced C/C++

Suggest me a good or i should say best book for study of operating systems, bios, kernel etc and developing them using assembly language and advanced c and c++...
I have heard about "Operating System Concepts by Silberschatz, Galvin, Gagne 8th Ed".
Any comments about the book.

There is no 'best'. You need to do something like https://www.google.com/search?q=study+of+operating+systems[^] for yourself, and decide which one is best for you.
