Let me try to help phrasing the question:
You know how to open database connection and get something from it (dataset or datareader or something). You're asking how to set value of a label from that retrieved data. Right?

No. I'm not doing your work for you. It is very simple problem and you could have resolved it by now if you spent time searching through examples instead of asking here.

You have a space between @ and ADD1 parameter in VALUES list.
Also, please use Improve question link rather then posting any kind of code in the comments. Move this into the question.

i fill details in the page, those values are stored in database how..?
i write above coding for that.., it is correct coding type or not..?

You used parametrized query which is more then most others of your level do. Yes, it is correct. You could write it into stored procedure and then call it by name. The advantage is that you could test it before writing your code. In this case, space in @ Add1 would be obvious.

Also note that you should have Try..Catch..Finally block around that code and in the Finally release / dispose of database objects (connection)
