How to identify the commerce server 2007 or 2009 is being used

Hi,

In my servers Microsoft Commerce Servers 2007 and 2009 is installed. But I would like to know which is being used properly and updated.

Version=6.0.1.0 relates to Commerce Server 2007 or 2009 ???

Below is my Configuration section related Commerce Server.
