How to Convert Datagrigview Contents to Outlook Mail Body in a Table Format

Hi !
I m working on a project in VB.NET 2010.
I have to send an email using new outlook mail.
Everything is fine but the problem is that i have some data in a datagridview and i want to past this data on the email body in a table format such that the mail body should be look like a grid.
hopefully my point has been understood.
Can anyone help me !!!!!!!
