Converting rdl to rdlc

I have to convert rdl reports to rdlc (Visual studio 2008)
I have got below link

Getting below error on following this link

The report definition is not valid. Details: The report definition has an invalid target namespace 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/sqlserver/reporting/2008/01/reportdefinition' which cannot be upgraded.

Please advise

But as i am new to this is their any detail step by step infomation.

If anybody could provide details regarding creating datasource for rdlc
