how to store the data on the form which includes 4 combobox and 1 rich textbox data in the data base as one file

i am created a form which is having 4 combo boxes and 1 rich text box the data of all this want to store in a data base as a file please suggest me some code for this...

In a database as a file or in a database in a single row or in a text file?
What have you tried so far?
