probelm in document clustering(winform is strucked during excution of program.)

Actually i have develop one winfom application for document(.pdf) clustering.my program

functionality is whenever take the set of documents(.pdf) using collection concept at the

time program apply the clustering concepts like stopwords,steaming,set the centroids and

more concepts are used.these concepts are contains more methods and more loops.Actually

set of documents is 35 files.these are pdf files and it contains more data.i think may be

processing the clustering concepts are very complex and and it's takes more time thats

why winform is strucked during excution of program.

i think may be threads are usefull.

if u know the any approaches for avoid the winform strucking in during the excution

of program.pls tell me.
