How can I attach an audio file to batch file or executable file in c#.net

I want to attach an adio file to .bat file or .exe file which further run on custom player with specific conditions. I want to build this application in c#.net

Basically I have an audio file which runs only specific clients machine, so i think that create a batch file or resource file to with client machine id & that audio file.
So please tell me is this possible or suggest any other different way? Thank is advance.
